No More Todo is operated by revsparkai LLC ("we", "us"). revsparkai LLC is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice - meaning we decide how and why your data is processed.

What we collect and why

• Account data - name, email address, login credentials (via email or Google sign-in). Used to create and secure your account. Legal basis: contract performance.
• Household data - member names/emojis, chore names, frequencies, completions, points. Used to provide the Service. Legal basis: contract performance.
• Support messages - name, contact details and the content of tickets you log. Used to respond to and resolve your requests. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Usage and device data - IP address, device/browser identifiers, basic usage telemetry. Used for security, fraud prevention and product improvement. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Payment-related data is collected by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) and is not covered here.

Who we share data with

• Service providers - hosting, database and infrastructure providers who help us run the Service.
• Paddle - our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers - legal and accounting advisers where needed.
• Authorities - where required by law.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When data is no longer needed (for example, after account deletion), we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, log a support ticket from the Support tab in the app - we'll respond within one month.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures - including encryption in transit and access controls - to protect your data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage only - to keep you signed in and remember your session. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside your country. Where data leaves the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
