Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are between you and revsparkai LLC ("we", "us", the "Seller"), the operator of the No More Todo service (the "Service"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

No More Todo is a household chore tracking application: chores repeat on a frequency you configure, family members complete items from a shared queue, and the Service tracks points, streaks and completion trends.

Your account

• You must be of legal age, or have authority to bind your household or organization, to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Household invite codes let you add family members; only share them with people you intend to join your household.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including by:

• Using it for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
• Infringing intellectual property rights of others;
• Introducing malware, probing or scanning the Service, scraping it, or interfering with its security or operation;
• Reverse engineering, reselling, redistributing, or circumventing technical limits (such as plan limits).

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding.

Your content

You grant us a limited license to host and process the content you enter (chore names, member names, notes) solely to provide the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. The Pro subscription renews annually until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the Support tab in the app.

Service level

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your access ends, we may delete your household data after a reasonable period.

General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where revsparkai LLC is organized, excluding conflict-of-law rules. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
